The Rummin' Brothers
Glenn Rogers and Dave Moretti were the rhythm section in the Spirithouse Trio headed by Steve Baglioni prior to his passing (Steve is greatly missed in our world and the local music community). The Rummin' Brothers now work as a duo, and occasionally have a special guest sitting in to create a spontaneous and unique music event. Some of the videos below feature John Hicks on the Telecaster as our special guest for that show.
The name Rummin' Brothers comes from Glenn and I bantering back and forth frequently in the middle of enthusiastic Spirithouse songs. Each gaining the others attention with "I'm Drummin" or "I'm Strummin" - with the common sound in each others comments being Rummin'. The Brothers portion comes from being fortunate enough to belong to the same brotherhood of musicians.
